In August 2021, ESG Ratings (formerly known as ES-sense), an ESG service platform independently developed by CCX Green Finance, officially opened for registration. It provides ESG rating results and data queries for A-share and some H-share listed companies and bond issuers and can build customized ESG evaluation models to analyze the ESG performance of listed companies.

In May 2022, China Chengxin Green Finance International Limited (CCXGFI) was established, building on the group's achievements in green finance research and practical experience. Based in the strategic location of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the company serves as a key platform for China Chengxin Group to promote cross-border cooperation and expand sustainable finance markets in Hong Kong and overseas.

In June 2023, CCXGFI was officially included in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's list of accredited external reviewers under the three-year Green and Sustainable Finance Grant Scheme, becoming the first Chinese rating agency to receive such qualification. This further solidified China Chengxin Group's position as a leading comprehensive information industry group in China and its pioneering role in green finance and ESG.

In March 2023, China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Rating Co., Ltd. was regarded by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority of Hong Kong as the first Mainland credit rating agency it approved. This milestone is significant for the internationalization of Chinese credit rating agencies, marking a crucial step in their global expansion. It also brings strong growth momentum to overseas capital markets.
